So, we're buyin' a house!!

We have an offer in the works. We really like this place andd we will hopefully enter escrow soon. Its on teh first floor, 2 bed 2 bath, the whole building has recently been remodeled. WE have brand new all stainless steel appliances, but, no washer and dryer, they're down the hall. We got a really good deal, we're closing on the 1st of June, and we plan to paint. So, we expect all of our family and friends ot come and help us paint, just kidding, well kinda, DeeDee and Cheryl do need to come help!! As soon as we can we'll put out some pictures of the inside.
